Very excited to meet up with an old friend, who will remain anonymous. She and I spent many an evening discussing novels, poetry, and prose years and years ago. We have both dusted off our “works” and will begin meeting regularly in order to gain some writing inspiration.
I need this regular influx of conversation and critique from my colleague. I claim that I’m a writer, in fact I make my living writing, editing, and proofreading for a local engineering training company. However, my personal writing goals have dropped off and I need to get back to my writing pursuits.
I hope to gain insights, inspiration, and a new sense of purpose in the new writers’ club. Let’s do this!
